Intergenerational Relationships

Our prayer at Glen Mar is that every child will grow to be a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and continue to live out their faith long after they graduate from high school. Intergenerational relationships are key to helping our children develop a long-lasting faith. Kids are more likely to feel like a significant part of the church when adults and older youth in the congregation get to know them. As children grow, these adults and older youth become people who will teach them about God's unconditional love and acceptance, as well as people that they can go to with their big questions about faith.

There are many opportunities to be a part of Glen Mar's ministries to families with children:

The time frame is flexible; however set up needs to be complete by 10:30 a.m. (it can be set up before the 9:30 a.m. service if that works for you).
