Many people have been asking how they can assist the residents and business owners of Historic Ellicott City in the aftermath of the flooding on May 27. Here is some information about how you can serve at this time. This page will be updated as more information becomes available.

Howard County Food Bank

The Howard County Food Bank has partnered with the EC Recovery Project, and is currently accepting donations of non-perishable food, especially ready-to-eat items, from Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Drop off location: 9385 Gerwig Lane, Columbia, MD 21046.

Suggested items include:

  • Tuna
  • Peanut butter
  • Protein Bars
  • Gatorade
  • Crackers
