DESCRIPTION:October 2, 2021\n4701 New Cut Road, Ellicott City, MD 21043 (in the parking lot)\n\nGlen Mar is offering a free drive-thru COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the church, in partnership with Columbia Medical Practice. The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination will be offered, and is now fully approved by the FDA. \nThe Pfizer vaccine is free and available to everyone 12 years old and up with onsite registration.  You can get your 1st dose, 2nd dose, or booster shot (if your second shot was on or before April 2, 2021).\nOn-line registration is encouraged to save time during your COVID-19 vaccination visit. In-person registration will be available for everyone. You can bring a family member or health ally.\nPlease bring your a photo id (state driver’s license, student ID, Visa, Passport, or work ID) and health insurance card if you have one.\nYou must be 12 years or older (12 to 17 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).\nWant to know more about the COVID-19 vaccine?
