Please register so we know you’re coming.\nSign Up\n\nFall are the leading cause of admission to Shock Trauma.\nOne in every five falls results in a serious injury such as a brain injury or a broken bone.\nFalls are not a normal part of the aging process.\n\nThere are many factors that might increase your risk of falling, including age (over 65), chronic pain, arthritis, diabetes, blood disorders, low Vitamin D, medications, and substance use.
