Glen Mar has two ministries focused on bringing about systemic change by educating, connecting, and supporting action and advocacy on social justice issues, as guided by the Social Principles & Social Creed of the United Methodist Church.

PATH (People Acting Together in Howard) is a local advocacy group focused on initiatives in Howard County, Maryland. PATH assists local congregations in action, advocacy, and training of people to solve problems in their own communities and to renew the interest of citizens in public life.
