Sermon Series – What Do Disciples Do?
Sundays, September 7 – November 23
So often it seems that we hear more about what Christians are against and not what they are for. Instead of focusing on the negative and what we are against, we should be asking ourselves what are some of the essential practices that followers of Jesus should be known for? Through our upcoming series, “What Disciples Do,” we will hear about how disciples take their faith seriously, seek others for Christ, resist greed, practice generosity, take their faith home, rejoice, wrestle with God, refrain from judging, have a resurrection hope, live by Faith, have a public faith, and give allegiance to Christ. Don’t let yourself be defined by what you are against. Instead, let us take an in-depth look this Fall at what disciples do!
