STEPHEN MINISTRY If you are going through a difficult life event, a Glen Mar Stephen Minister may provide comfort and support. A Stephen Minister is a trained layperson who provides quality, confidential, Christ-centered care and support to a person experiencing grief, divorce, cancer, job loss, loneliness, disability, relocation, and other challenges. SUPPORT GROUPS As needs arise, support groups may be formed for those who are journeying through grief, combating illness, going through divorce or separation, caring for family members, or experiencing any of life’s challenges. Check the Upcoming Events section for new group formation or contact the Congregational Care Team, who can help guide you.

PRAYER REQUESTS
Glen Mar staff, the congregation, and a prayer chain actively participate in collective prayer. The Prayer Chain is an ongoing group who receives prayer requests and then prays for those concerns in their own time and way. All prayer requests are confidential or shared based on your wishes. MEALS FOR NEW PARENTS
Are you expecting a new baby or have you recently welcomed one into your family? Reach out to our Stork Bites ministry team, who would like to bless your family with lovingly prepared meals.
BABY BLANKETS AND PRAYER SHAWLS
If you or someone in your family is anticipating surgery, in treatment for an illness, or have welcomed a new baby into your family, baby blankets and prayer shawls have been lovingly crafted for you. Contact Congregational Care to receive one.
