Paul’s Letter to American Christians

Glen Mar’s Social Justice Group invites you to a presentation of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s 1956 sermon “Paul’s Letter to American Christians.” Join us on Tuesday, February 10, at 7 pm in Youth Lounge to listen to a recording of the sermon and discuss how King’s words from 60 years ago still apply to us today. In this sermon, Dr. King reads a fictional letter from the apostle Paul to American Christians of the mid-twentieth century. His message touches on capitalism, segregation, spiritual arrogance, and morality by group consensus, encouraging Christian love and brotherhood.
