Looking to learn more about social justice issues? Check out the new Social Justice Library provided by Glen Mar’s Social Justice Group, located in the Lower Gathering Place near the Missions display. This library includes both fiction and non-fiction books on an assortment of topics including race, immigration, and gender. Each book has been read and recommended by a member of the Social Justice Group. To borrow a book, simply choose a book that looks interesting, fill out the library card in the back of the book, and insert the card into the box on top of the bookshelf. Keep the book as long as you need, then return it to the “Returns” shelf. If you’d like to recommend or donate a book to the library, please contact the
Social Justice Group.
The Social Justice Group meets each month on the second Tuesday at 7:00 pm. Contact the Social Justice Group to learn more.
