Hello! Spring is officially here and we are Growing in Christ in Kids Ministry!

Over the last several weeks we have been digging deep into the days and weeks leading up to Easter and following along on the Jesus’ journey to the cross. Looking ahead, we will be seeing what happens after with Jesus and the disciples!

This year’s Easter Eggstravaganza welcomed over 150 people and featured cupcakes, crafts and rabbits! The weather may have been rainy but families had a blast hunting for eggs inside Glen Mar!

Did you get a chance to see the Resurrection Plant during Easter services?

My message this year featured this unique plant that can live for years in a dormant state and comes back to life with water! The Resurrection Plant helped children see that Jesus died but came back to life for us!

Looking ahead, VBS this year features an Alaskan Adventure with True North. VBS runs July 7-11 from 9:00 am to 1200 pm. We are looking for a few more adult volunteers to help with our stations and support with crews. No experience necessary, just a willingness to serve in children’s ministry!
