Help us get ready for next year’s food themed VBS. The decorating committee is already working on creating fun decorations, and they need a variety of everyday items. Get more details and drop off donations outside the Children’s Office.

Donate used clean food packages:

• Empty food boxes (kids cereal and frozen pizza)
• Snack bags (potato chips, Cheetos, etc.)
• Pringles cans and giant candy tubes
• Square and rectangular take-out food containers
• Extra-large cardboard (2x2x3 ft. or larger – TV and furniture boxes)
• Large plastic jars (super-size snack mix)
• Square 30-egg cartons

Donate clearance summer items or fall decorations

• Pool noodles
• Pool inflatables, especially fun food-shaped designs
• Fun-colored round plastic planters and similar containers
• Picnic baskets
• Fall food-themed decor (pumpkins, apples, pies, candy, baked goods)
• Trick-or-treat Halloween buckets
• Halloween-themed containers and decorations

Donate miscellaneous used or new items

• 16.5 oz empty water bottles
• 3 ft or longer cardboard tubes
• Old stuffed animals (to be deconstructed)
• Clean used PVC pipe pieces
• Large flat-pack foam pieces
• Glue sticks
