Dear Glen Mar friends,

As July comes to a close, I was so blessed to be able to join my mom’s extended family for a family reunion in Georgia for a few days. 16 first cousins, their spouses and children, and my mom and her 4 siblings and their spouses gathered for eating, laughing, sharing and giving thanks. It was also my uncle’s 79th birthday. He marveled at how many good things had come from the union of my grandparents long ago. They couldn’t know, when they married that day, all that would come from it, including navigating a World War, medical school, and raising 5 children. God works up amazing things from faithfulness.

This Sunday, join us to hear a story of faithfulness from scripture—the story of Ruth. We’ll welcome new members and have amazing music (including some pieces for 4 hands and one piano at 9:30, I do believe…).
