Family Survivor Network (FSN) – Holiday Gift Drive

The FSN team is having it’s first annual Holiday Gift Drive to bless their youth and family programs. FSN’s mission is to support the mental, emotional, and physical health of youth, families, and communities impacted by violence in Baltimore. This gift drive is an extension of their goal to “love more, love better, together!” They will continue to distribute gifts to their youth and families through January, so, no donations are too late! Christmas Eve is Next Saturday – And We Need Your Help!

Help create a warm and welcoming Glen Mar for all attending our Christmas Eve services by signing up to greet, usher, welcome center host. Please SignUp today. If you can’t help for Christmas Eve, notice the tabs at the top of the SignUp and select when, where, and how you wish to serve in the next year.

Christmas Poinsettias – Order by Sunday, December 18

Honor a loved one this Christmas by ordering a poinsettia. Cost is $30.00 per plant and envelopes are available on the cafe in the Gathering Place. Order deadline is December 18. For more information or to place an order, contact Mary Ellen.

Lunch Bunch Christmas Potluck – Tuesday, December 20 at 11:30 am

The Lunch Bunch invites you to join us for our Christmas Potluck. Bring your favorite dish or dessert to share. Enjoy lunch with us along with our special guest pianist! We meet on the third Tuesday of each month. The Lunch Bunch is for people 55 and older and we meet in the lower lobby.

Financial Peace University – January 12, 2023 on Thursdays

If you’ve ever felt like you just can’t get in control of your money, you’re not alone. You’d be surprised how many people you know are struggling just like you. But it’s time for that struggle to end—starting when you take a Financial Peace University class. In just nine lessons, you’ll learn biblical and commonsense ways of handling money. Base Bible Study Returning in January!

Start 2023 with a gentle introduction to the Bible. Inspired by Andy Lunt’s “Bible 101” class, Base explores what the Bible is, how it came to us, and how we can approach it as modern readers.
