Year-end is a time many of us take stock and reflect on our blessings. It seems only natural to express our gratitude with a gift. While many of these gifts will be given to family and friends, many of us have been blessed by our church. If you would like to remember Glen Mar and its many ministries of outreach as we celebrate the birth of the Christ Child, please keep in mind the following important information:

• The church office will be open on Tuesday, December 31, until 12:00 noon to receive any last-minute 2024 tax-year contributions.
• All contributions placed in the Sunday church services offering baskets through Sunday, December 29, will be counted towards the 2024 tax year.
• Checks received in 2024 which are mailed and postmarked on or before December 31, 2024, will be accepted as 2024 contributions. Otherwise, they must be counted as 2025 contributions.
• To ensure the tax-deductibility of your 2024 church contributions, please do not file your 2024 income tax returns until you have received a written acknowledgement of your contributions from the church because some of those contributions may not be tax deductible. We plan to send your year-end Charitable Contributions Report for 2024 no later than mid-January 2025.
