2023 has started off on a Spirit-filled note, with our amazing Martin Luther King Day of Service, and our worship series “Let the Son-Shine In!” With a nod to the winter weather, this series is designed to help us with our “Spiritual Affective Disorder” by letting the light of Christ shine in our hearts and out into the world through acts of love, mercy, justice and service. This is the song that I often sing in my head on cloudy and/or rainy days as a reminder that the clouds and rain are finite because sunny days are ahead. The sunny day is accompanied by sweet air in the beautiful urban neighborhood of Sesame Street or wherever you imagine is a Utopia.
