Margaret Lang, Minister for Children & Families, and Sean Danaher, Minister for High School &Young Adults, have abundantly blessed Glen Mar with their love, creativity and dedication for many years. It is now time to return the love as we send them off to pursue their next passions. We are going to share lunch with them after the 11:00 service on Sunday, July 31 at Glen Mar.

Join us for food from food truck “Greek on the Street” in the church parking lot. All are welcome to purchase lunch, followed by cake and ice cream.

Margaret plans to travel and possibly work in the National Parks. Sunday, July 31 is Margaret’s last day with us at Glen Mar. Margaret has requested no perishable gifts (e.g., flowers) and very few mementos, as she hopes to spend much of her time traveling.

Sean plans to embark on the next season of his life with his growing family with creative, entrepreneurial plans. Sean’s last day is August 15.

The Staff Parish Relations Committee has gifts planned for both Margaret and Sean, so if you would like to contribute to those you may leave any contributions in the SPRC mailbox, as you enter the upstairs Education wing.
