Dear Glen Mar friends,

We are preparing for our annual All Saints’ Service, on Sunday, November 3, to remember those loved ones who have gone from labor to reward since our last All Saints’ Day. We’ll have our usual ritual of candle lighting for anyone who wants to light a candle and a time of prayer together as part of our worship. If you would like to add a photo and name of a saint in your life that has gone to be with God this year, please email photos and names to wo*****@********mc.org by Sunday, October 27.

I give thanks for the saints of Glen Mar, both the ones here now, and the ones gone before, and to celebrate what God has done in Glen Mar’s life and ministry, we will celebrate 70 years of there being a church called Glen Mar this year! I know I missed the official “birthday” but it’s always a good time to celebrate the goodness of God through Glen Mar Church. So…we’ll have a special celebratory service on Sunday, November 17 (9:30 and 11) and cake for ALL. Stay tuned for more details!
