Mark Your Calendars for Two More Summer Concerts
The 2024 Glen Mar Concert Series is pleased to report that 250 people witnessed the June 21 Ken & Brad Kolodner Quartet which was preceded by a Chef George Dohner dinner and followed by a jam. The series is also happy that 160 people attended the May 31 Monumental Brass Quintet concert.
After this excellent start, the 2024 Series will continue with two more terrific free one-hour performances in the Spirit Center. Mark your calendars!

The Kids & Youth Ministries are looking for adults willing to be part of a dynamic team of teachers for our Sunday morning classes during the school year. Whether you enjoy working with 1st – 5th graders in our Pathfinders classes, 6th & 7th graders in our Fuse class, or senior high youth in our Rooted class, we have the place for you. Collection for Migrants
Glen Mar’s Social Justice Group is partnering with Capitol Hill UMC in Washington, D.C. to provide hygiene kits and other supplies to migrants who are sent by bus from Arizona and Texas. During the month of June, the group will be collecting hygiene items, socks, underwear, and backpacks. Pick up a flyer in the Gathering Place for more details. [See list of needed items – Learn More]

Habitat For Humanity
Do you enjoy doing handy work? Do you wish you knew how to do handy tasks around your home? The Glen Mar Habitat Crew welcomes you to join us, either way. You must be 16 or older to work on a Habitat site. We work the second Saturday of every month. If construction isn’t your gift, you can still support this wonderful mission by volunteering in the Restores. Email the Habitat Team for info or to sign up.
Hosts Needed for Dinner & Movie Nights
are needed to host our summer high school youth weekly gathering, where they eat dinner together, then watch and discuss a recent movie. We will be meeting on Tuesday nights from 6:30 – 10pm. Hosts need to provide dinner for 12ish youth and have a TV space for the same size group. Youth will bring money to help pay for dinner. We only need hosts for July 23 and August 13. “No Strings” Choir
Love to sing? Interested in trying out Choir but not ready to commit long term? Already in the choir and still wanna sing? Join our “No Strings” Choir.
