As you know, we bid Sean farewell on Sunday, August 14, 2022 as our Minster for High School Youth, though he will continue to lead the Young Adult Small group here on Tuesday nights. We pray God’s blessing on all that God has for Carolyn, Owen and for him too!
If you’ve been thinking about joining a Growth Group (a Glen Mar small study group), make sure to mark September 11 on your calendar. That Sunday will be our fall kickoff for new groups, and previews of several of these opportunities are listed below. Groups will be starting the weeks of September 18 or 25 and will meet at various times. Stay tuned for additional details over the next few weeks, including how you can sign up online.

On Saturday, May 21, 2022, Glen Mar held its first free Community Health Fair from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Glen Mar showed hospitality by greeting its guests and sharing what kind of health services were available. Approximately 240 people participated in this health fair and received services and resource information from a wide range of organizations. All services were free for everyone.
The Vacation Bible School 2022 Leadership Team wants to thank all the people out there who prayed, helped out, donated money and/or stuff, took the time to be creative with us, and generally supported this wonderful program leading up to and including the week of July 11-15. We paved the way for God to enter into the lives of 150 students along with 65 adult and youth volunteers.
