Summer months brought opportunities to travel near and far, explore new things, and take time for adventure. It is a time of renewal. In the midst of adventure, many have found the livestream option of worship very helpful. In the midst of travel and adventure, we can still gather as a family for worship at our 9:30 am service or watch at a different time from wherever we are in the world. It is a wonderful way to stay “connected.” Yet, by the end of summer, we look forward to the grounding that is the fall season.

On Saturday, May 21, 2022, Glen Mar held its first free Community Health Fair from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Glen Mar showed hospitality by greeting its guests and sharing what kind of health services were available. Approximately 240 people participated in this health fair and received services and resource information from a wide range of organizations. All services were free for everyone.
