December starts with Journey to Bethlehem and we welcomed over 2400 guests to hear the Christmas story in the unique way that is Journey To Bethlehem! Over 200 volunteers helped start Advent in a powerful way, including many “first timers!” From Isaiah’s prophecy, to the creche, to the temple, and from the hill country of Judea to the center of Jerusalem we welcomed God’s beloved children and they walked away different because of their encounter with Jesus. Many thanks to all who braved the elements and spent so many hours and so much energy to make this happen or our community!
