- Disciple Sunday, September 17. We will hear testimonies of how Disciple class members have been transformed through their experiences in their classes, relationships developed in the class, and faith journey.
You are invited to join a Disciple Bible Study and/or take part in Sermon Series growth group bible studies. If you’ve never been in a Bible study, Disciple Bible Study is a great place to start! Sign up Today! - Better Decisions, Fewer Regrets – Six week study starting Thursday, September 21. Life is all about decision-making. Your decisions along with your responses are the only thing you can control in your life. Every single decision becomes a permanent part of our stories. You get to decide. This study will help you develop a discipline to pause and ask five questions that will result in better decisions and fewer regrets. Sign up in the Gathering Place this Sunday OR sign up now.
- Outback Dinners – Purchase by September 18. Come and dine with family and friends, or pick up dinners to take home – all to benefit the American Cancer Society. Dinners will be available to take home or eat with friends in the Spirit Center on Tuesday, Sept. 26 from 5:30 to 7:15 pm in the Glen Mar Spirit Center. The menu includes sirloin steak and chicken, macaroni and cheese, Caesar salad, bread and butter. Cost is $25 per dinner. Purchase dinners today online, or visit our table in the Gathering Place on Sunday, September 17.
- JOY! A Gospel Christmas Celebration cantata – Practice starts October 5. Calling all singers and instrumentalists – be part of this special musical worship service on Sunday, December 17. Rehearsals for singers will be on Thursdays at 7 pm starting October 5. Interested instrumentalists please email Sophie Hong.

Lunch Bunch -Starting back up for Fall! 3rd Tuesdays starting September 19
Lunch Bunch is a group of “seasoned citizens” (55 and up) who meet in the lower lobby for fellowship, fun and, of course, lunch. We meet on 3rd Tuesdays from September through June. Family Matters Pot Luck Dinner -Saturday, October 7, 6:00 pm

Habitat for Humanity
Do you enjoy doing handy work? Or do you wish you knew how to do handy tasks around your home? The Glen Mar Habitat Crew welcomes you to join us, either way. You must be 16 or older to work on a Habitat site. We work the second Saturday of every month.
