Youth and Kids Ministry Volunteers Needed

Experience the blessing of being a part of something big in God’s kingdom – helping kids and youth grow in their faith by volunteering. We have opportunities for teachers and helpers for all ages, especially with the 11:00 kids program “Check It Out” and the 9:30 middle school program “Fuse”. Free Community Health Fair – Saturday, May 21 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

Glen Mar Church is hosting it’s first Free Community Health Fair! Local health organizations will provide free children’s immunizations (K to 12th grade); COVID vaccinations (5 years old and up); vision (and possibly hearing) checks (6 years old and up); health screenings (18 years old and up); foot and ankle checks; and blood drive (18 years old and up). For the latest information, visit our Health Fair Event Page or FaceBook.

Vacation Bible School – July 11-15, 2022 from 9:00 to 12:00 pm

Prep Morning: Saturday, May 21, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Glen Mar Church. Adults & youth are welcome to come and lend a hand. Skills needed are cutting, gluing, painting, taping, stapling, sorting, counting, following directions, and having fun. Contact Margaret Lang and let her know you plan to help out.

Your Trash/Our Treasure: VBS is in need of the following items.  Drop your fun items at the bottom of the stairs. Cardboard sheets, toothpicks, carpet tubes (large), foam sheets (all thickness and sizes), wooden stir sticks for paint. AND – we just added empty water bottles.
